System Shutdown

Hi,

I installed Windows XP Home Edition recently. The system
shutsdown at random points of time if the PC is connected
to the internet. I have pasted below details from the
popup window and system / application event viewers.
Could somebody please let me know what could be the
source of the problem and solution.
