System Shutdown & RPC service terminated

A user is having two problems after he recently upgraded
to Windows XP Home Edition. When in the Internet he gets
the message:

System is shutting down... initiated by NT Authority
System... Remote procedure call service terminated.

When in Outlook he is getting the message:

"Remote Procedure Call Service RPC) has terminated
unexpectedly." Instructed to save work and a "countdown"
clock gives 60 seconds before it restarts the computer.

I am not sure if there is a fix for this, if anyone can
give some advice it would be appreciated.

Hi Nancy,

Your system is infected by RPC (W32.Blaster) Worm. This is causing the
system to shutdown abnormally.
