hi All

i have purchased licenced software for learning language.
i have installed the software in my system but the problem is that there is one module in the software does not work and i get this error message

system.runtime.interopservices.comexception (0x80040154): reteriving the COM class factory for the compnent with CLSID

also to update i am using windows XP in my laptop

That sounds like quite a specific error, so I think you'll have to get support from the company you purchased the product from. If it was a generic Windows error then we could offer advice, but that sounds like something deep within the programming.

i have used the same application on my laptop with windows vista and it works fine
but now i am using windows xp and it is not working on xp
i will contact the company for the same
