System Restore

I got the following error message logged in my system
event viewer "System" Log file:
"The System Restore filter encountered the unexpected
error '0xC0000056' while processing the file 'http---
smi .. -1p....lnk' on the volume 'HarddiskVolume2'. It
has stopped monitoring the volume."
Can anyone tell me what that means, and what do I need to
do to correct it? Thanks

Does the event occur repeatedly or was it a one time thing?

You can check the status of System Restore by taking a look at the System
Restore tab in System Properties. If it is currently active, you will see
"Monitoring" next to the icon representing "harddiskvolume2."

NOTE: A minimum of 200MB of free space is needed to run System Restore on
any drive. If a drive runs low on free space, System Restore will
automatically suspend itself until there is enough free space. If you have
moved your browser cache to a partition of its own (or to one with other
temporary type folders and files), you may want to consider discontinuing
monitoring on that volume.
