system restore

Can't find it following the instructions thru My
computer/sys properties..then I get an error message
saying entry point remote assistance prepare system
restore could not be located in the dynamic link library
WINSTA.dll. When I hit ok, it brings up the properties
list but I can't see system restore tab anywhere....

Hi Theresa,

Start/run 'sfc /scannow'

It will verify the current system file set, one or more of yours may be
corrupt.
