System Restore

I am trying to run System Restore, but it only gives me one option/date to
restore my computer. The date they give is yesterday and I want to restore
it to a point a week or so ago. I click the button to "choose a restore
point" but the only option it gives me is yesterday's date. How can I
choose a restore point that's a week or more old? Thanks.
