System Restore

I need to run System Restore in Safe Mode. The problem? Help and Support
won't come up. What is the name of the System Restore executable so I can
launch it via Start | Run ?

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and you should find System
Restore, even in Safe Mode. (The actual program is: rstrui.exe)
