System restore

I have had problems restoring my system however I have now managed with help
from this forum.
However when I open up Help ands Support then go to Use Tools to View etc
against the System Restore line there is a small blue rectangle with a red
dot to the left hand side. Has anyone got a clue what this means

Hi,

Does System Restore function from the Run box?

Go to Start - Run and paste the following command then press enter.

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
