System Restore

I try a system restore and not matter what daye I choose, I still get a
message that the PC cannot be restored. I have followed the inst by Bert
Kinney(re Norton). To no avail. Any help would be appreciated

did you right click my computer -- properties--syestem restore-- and see if
it was disabled
