System Restore

When i go to System Restore an error message pops up
sayig it couldn't find the module WINSTA.dll. This has
NEVER happened before. How do I fix it?

Expand it from the cd-rom

Open a CMD prompt and type

expand D:\i386\winsta.dl_ C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DLLCACHE\winsta.dll
expand D:\i386\winsta.dl_ C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winsta.dll
