system restore

my computer crashed have got my computer up and running but have lost system
restore. How can i get it back or where can i download another copy as i do
not have an xp disc as the program was already installed when i got it.
Can anyone help me?
 
Hi,

What happens when you go to Start - Run and paste the following command, then
press enter.

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Please post any messages received.
