system restore

I too cannot restore. During the restore process it
tells me there is a trojan horse virus in a file, and
then refuses to restore. How do I get the anti virus to
run and heal the virus so I can restore to a point before
any of these viruses appeared?

Run the virus scan and clean the trojan horse virus. Are you implying to say that the virus scan is unable to remove the virus. Please explain ur problem clearly why u are unable to run a virus scanner to remove the trojans
