System Restore

no tab found for system restore; attempting to remove
sasser virus; steps include disabling system restore, but
unable to locate. went under system tools or my computer
and properties---tab not available; only 6 tabs
available. recently purchased the windows xp home
edition, version 2002 and loaded it up yesterday. Please
help! Thank you. sincerely, Melody Harris
 
Go to the run menu and type msconfig... a box will open...there will be a "Launch System Restore" button located close to the bottom of this box.
