System Restore rolls back Sidebar Notes

No biggy, but if you use the Notes gadget on the Sidebar be aware they get
rolled back during a system restore.

That is the nature of "rolling back" :)

Thanks. Worth making a note of (but not in the sidebar)
 
Not exactly, as System Restore is not supposed to affect your own data -
only system resources.

True but being a windows feature I would imagine it would also roll back to
the restore point.
