System Restore is Diasabled by Group Policy?????

Sorry if this is a duplicate post, but I cannot seem to get this one after I
post it.

My Windows XP Pro box shows that System restore is disabled by a group
policy, but I cannot seem to find it in group policies. Can someone point
me to it?

Navigate to this path:
=> Computer Configuration
==> Administrative Templates
===> System
====> System Restore

Set Turn off System Restore to Not Configured
Set Turn off Configuration to Not Configured
