System Restore error

When I try to start System Restore, XP home edition, produces an error:

rstrui.exe Entry point not found
Remote Assistance prepare system restore, could not be located in the
dynamic link library. WINSTA.dll

Please could someone help

Ed,

1. Insert teh Windows XP CD in.
2. Type the following command in the RUN command box and hit enter.
3. "rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection C:\Windows\Inf\sr.inf"

System Restore core files should be reinstalled.
