restore feature missing file

when i try to set up a restore point I go into system
tools and click on restore I get an error message that
reads " (header) rstrui.exe-entry point not found "
(body) "the procedure entry point remote assistance
prepare system could not be located in the dynamic link
library WINSTA.dll" can some one help me

Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows. Make
sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option - you may need your
WinXP CD.
