System Restore Error

I downloaded SP1 for WinXP Home and after a few other
errors that are worked out, I have one that comes up when
trying to use system restore. In a box labeled RSTRUI.EXE
it states: Entry Point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore in winsta.dll
It won't let me use it at all. Thanks for any help!
