Is anyone aware of an on-line resource (or software package) that creates --
or allows creation of -- system restore disks. I basically want to employ
the same strategy as say HP and have customers who've experienced terminal
HD problems, to simply install the CDs and bring their PC back to its "first
use" state. Thanks.

Never post when you're in a hurry.

By on-line resource, I mean tutorial. And by "terminal HD problems," I meant
terminal software problems. Thx. :-)

You can use imaging software like Ghost or Drive Image to make an image of
the drive. Create a batch file that will automatically run the program and
start the image transfer or include it in autoexec.bat

When you burn the image to CD make the CD bootable.
