System Restore corrupted

I can not access my system restore in normal or safe mode. It opens a windows
but nothing in it.

I can not also access my safe mode.

I think system restore is corrupted. Any idea what I can do?

Stop the restore on all drives, reboot (might not be necessary), start
restore again.

Hi John,

Right click on My Computer, select Properties, select System Restore
tab, uncheck "Turn off System Restore on all drives". Reboot.

Then I would download AT LEAST Spybot & Ad-Aware & AVG Anti-spyware,
install them, update them and run them one at a time. Google search for
them.

What antivirus software do you use?
