System Restore and User Accounts

My System Restore window is blank and so is User Accounts
window. Also IE does not show any javascripts. can you help?
 
Hi Bill,

Type "regsvr32 jscript.dll" in the RUN box. If that does not help, register urlmon.dll as well.
