system recovery won't 0x8007005

hi,
i got new vista home premium.
i tried to get back to some system restore point and after the restart it
wrote that the proces failed. i tried to aseveral other points and them all
failed.
after this i cenceld the system restore and start it again. tried again to
create anothr restore and then tried to restore again - failed.
scaned few times for viruses - nothhing.
went to the problem report and got this messege about the system restore:

and when i pushed the View a temporary copy of these files i have got:

i googled this problem and found nothing relevant.

Disable your anti-virus before doing a system Restore.
