System Recovery not working Partition problem

pWhen I goto try to do a destructive recovery my computer(due to spyware
probs)says unable to do to no user partition. I click yes to create one and
it says unable to create one and then reboots.

That doesn't help only because the computer doesn't come with a XP Disk
