System Reboots Without Warning

I believe I am experiencing the problem described in the
knowledge base article 822563. Microsoft acknowleges this
is a problem with Win2K and they have a hotfix.

This problem is happening to me often enough that I would
like to get the hotfix. Because of the severity of the
impact, I do not wish to wait until the fix gets folded
into a service pack.

How can I get this hotfix? I have not paid for support,
nor do I wish to.

Note that this KB article/fix is only for Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter
Server and Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

As the article states, you need to call Microsoft Product Support Services to
obtain it (outside the US, customers should contact their local Microsoft
subsidiary.). The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the
Knowledge Base Article number (KB822563) and ask for nothing more.
