System reboots automatically after repair

Hello together,

I have a big, big problem with a W2K server.
The system reboots automatically after the first screen
(Press F8 for save mode...) .
I tried to repair the system from CD before because the
lsass.exe could not be found.

Any idea what I can do to stop the computer from
contignous rebooting?
