System re-start

Dear All,

When I shut down my PC it always re-start again, I am facing this
problem since I installed windows 2000 pro.
please help.

Turn off autoreboot. The likely reason it "restarts" is that it is
actually crashing while trying to shutdown and with "Autorboot" turned
