system properties

How do I remove my name from the system properties?Going
to sell one of my XP's,I've done a destuctive restore,but
it's still there.I have a H/P that has a partitioned
drive that didn't come with the disc.Have to call H/P to
get it's copy.Do I need this disc to erase my name from
it?It also keeps my address.
