system processes

my pc was running really slow, i managed to solve this by
clearing the programs in the startup, but i wanted to
know as there are alot of system processes, which ones
are not needed . so i can clear these up. supposedly ull
need to know which processes are running, i was thinking
if u could remote assist me , and clear up my system,
thank you
 
You can stop one process at a time and see because when you stop them in
task manager it only does it until the next boot so if you turn something
off and it freezes the machine just restart it.
