System process pegs CPU at 100% after Hibernate

I have a HP Pavilion n5190 laptop (PII-m 700). After I return from
being in Hibernate mode, the system process pegs the CPU at 100% until
next reboot. I've also noticed that the system hangs right after
"Saving your files..." on shutdown every time I shut down, but only
when the System process has been at 100% due to this issue. Any other
time, it shuts down normally.

I just did a reformat because of some other problems, and it continues
to do this. What could be the problem?? I have all patches installed
(did this right after I formatted last night), and I have up to date
drivers.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Open task manager and see on process tab, that which process is taking 100% cpu resources after determining the process just stop that process running at the back ground.
