System partition not visible

Win2000, NTFS
9.5GB hard drive is partitioned as
C: 6535 and rest of the area partitioned as E

E drive is not visible in my system. I am not sure how to
make it visible and accessible. Any tools or utilities I
available to fix this ?

C: partition Basic NTFS Healthy(system) 6.38GB
E: partiton Basic NTFS Healthy 2.93GB

Disk0 Basic 9.32GB online

"My computer" shows
3.5 Floppy ,
Local Disk (C
Compact Disk (D
Control Panel

E drive NOT showing up in "My computer"

You might check the bitmask of "NoDrives" and or try another drive letter.
