System not Responding

I loaded a windows theme and it appears that the theme's mouse busy/system busy icon locks the system deader than a doornail. The system boots ok, but as soon as you do anything, open any program or the background programs begin to open the system locks. No response from ctrl/alt/del.

No change when booting to last known good configuration. No change from booting to safe mode, or vga mode. I can only boot to safe mode command prompt only.

What registry line, would I need to change to reset both the busy icons to windows default.

Please respond either here or to (e-mail address removed)

TIA
Jules

Jules, try a System Restore from Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
