When performing system maintenance in XP Pro ie Anti-Virus, Scan Disk, Disk
Clean-up, Defrag, does it need to be performed in all user accounts seperatly
or only once as administrator?

AFAIK, av scans don't need to be done in all user's accounts. Spyware
removal scans do, because sometimes there are bad bookmarks or malware
files in users' personal files. Disk Cleanup and Defrag don't.
