System Log Event ID codes.

Is the some place I can that lists and event ID codes and explains them?

If it listed possible cause would be to must to hope for.

Any help with how to use System Log Errors to trouble shoot problem would be
greatly appreciated.

pops up contains a link (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp)
that responds with the info your require (though could do with a tad
more detail).

I an trying to help one of the computer builders, on a forum, it’s a case
where I can not trouble shoot it remotely and the builder is one who is not
sure which end of a screwdriver is the working end and will not give details
of test results. About to drive me mad, I am having to teach him how to
troubleshoot something he know nothing about. All the other regulars I think
turned off their computers, think I am about to do the same.

Here another definition for you, but not as direct as yours, some people
never get it, but is quit fitting to some people.

Expert: Has-been, under pressure.
