i'm not sure but i think i have a big problem.
My system locks down and i don't know whats going on.
OS-XP Prof and AV-SW is NIS.

Perhaps if you were to tell us what, precisely, you mean be "System
locks down," someone could help. In standard IT parlance, to lock a
system down is to set it's security features in such a manner that users
cannot make potentially dangerous system changes, while leaving the
computer perfectly functional for the user's duty performance.
