System information on the desktop

I know there is a way to have windows display the system information on the desktop, i.e. OS type and version, IP address, system memory, that sort of thing, but I dont remember how to activate it. I thought the tweak UI tools allowed you to do this

Tweak UI allows some of this, go to General > Settings > show window
version on desktop, but it will only display the Windows version and
information about the monitor.
