system information not showing

had this problem occur in the distance past something about having to
reregister dll files etc had to do cd restore of files on my XP Pro 64bit OS
+ can not view extended sysem services but can view the standard services. so
just need to know the best way to do this + does it make a difference if i
recieved an AMD64 xp pro 64bit oem to run on an Intel Celeron D 64bit CPU?
