System Information--Memory (error finding first module)

When I click on the memory tab in system information (I do have Norton
System Works loaded) I get the error "error finding first module" Running
systeminfo.exe and using CheckIt! Diagnostics exposes no problem with the
memory. I have seen no obvious other problems caused by this anomaly. Any
ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it?

Look in the event viewer for possible further messages:
eventvwr.msc from the run box. Review application and system
messages.
