System information files

How do I access system information files. I have a virus
that is on the system information files, The virus name
is ATW TENGATA? something like that, please anybody help

Hi Zay,

Are you confusing msinfo32 with System Volume Information? If so:

Go to: Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Show Hidden File and
Uncheck Hide Protected Operating System Files.

Then go to: C:\System Volume Information

But the way to fix your problem is to create a restore point and then use
the Disk Cleanup advanced tab to delete all but the last restore point. The
virus will be gone, if your virus checker already deleted it from your
system.
