I have windows xp sp2 installed on hp pavillion A305W. System would not
access any dial up server beyond home page. Displayed can not find server
error. Installed two programs to remove spyware and virus. Same problem plus
now system will not restore to an earlier date or create back up CD's. After
appearantly burning the 1st CD I get an error code of (0) and a message
stating that the CD could not be created. System is now basically inoperable.
I am at a loss of what to do next.
