System Has Recovered From a Serious Error

Today Morning I open my monitor saw this weired message on my screen "System Has Recovered From a Serious Error"

I followed the instruction and send the report to Microsoft, after while a web paged opened comprises the information about the error which states that a possible update is required for BIOS Upgrade. I have never done this before and I am looking for some serious help.
