System has no paging file error

Hi,
Lately i have been getting several machines in that have a error on startup
after the logon. It says "your system has no paging file or the paging file
is to small..." I have done several searches and tried the steps to cure
the issue without any luck. I have done full disk checks, and several
repair install without any luck also. When checking the page file settings
they are in place and correct but it still give the error. Without any
other solution I have had no other option but to format and reinstall. If
anyone has successfully fixed this issue please let me know.
