can some email a link to fix it
I cannot open the computer

Usually indicates device driver problems.
a.. Unable to Load Device Driver {KB 160495} Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP

Try holding F8 at Startup. See if you get a Boot Menu. If yes, try Last
known good Configuration. If not do a Repair
Install.
