System hangs while creating new folder or shortcut in XP

When I select to create a new folder or shotcut the PC hangs for abou
1.5 minutes. Not sure what is causing this
 
Possibly a 3rd-Party software Shell Extension. These are the items that
appear when you Right Click a file/folder, such as "Scan with AntiVirus".
There is a tool you can download/use to locate the software that hooks
into Explorer operations:
