system goes very slow

windows xp but still my computer goes very slow lots of
time it takes a 10 min in starting.

2> i want change the name of my recycle bin is this
possible or not.

3> i need your help i want to start my career with
microsoft is there is any coure which help if yes then
which cousre is best for me .

Doing what? If you want to learn MS products, install them and start using
them. You can take classes at local colleges or buy books. There are online
training options if you look around.
