system freezes after reeboot

after running MS anti spyware i am asked to reboot,after
this everthing seems to freeze,this had happened before,
any answers please.
 
Hi

Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot just before Windows
flag screen appears.

Change scan option to "full scan" and scan again.

Some "pests" is left behind with normal scans and safe mode scans often
solves this.
