System freezed - urgent

As soon as the system boots up, an error message, DrWatson Postmortem
Debugger, appeared. Once I clicked ok, the system freezed. I could not use
Start menu and open any files/programs. My OS is Windows XP Pro. I can run
it in safe mode freely. Can someone advise any possible causes and fixes.
