system freeze up

repeatetly my pc freezes up.. absolutley nothng i can do except reboot..
I have downloaded all the updates..
i have run numerouse registry scans..
I have run Ad-aware..

nothing seems to work..
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME
i feel like throwing this thing out the window..

i cant even complete a game of red alert..

i have had it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check all of your fans...especially the one on your cpu...
overheating can definately cause lockups.

Lockups can be hardware related. If you have the system overclocked try
clocking back. Also check for heat issues.
