System failed due to CPU overclocking

System one month old. Just started hearing error message on boot, "System
failed due to CPU overclocking". Makes it to WinXP Pro fine, but I reboot
anyway, and it boots correctly, no error messages. I hear the regular
message, paraphrasing, "System completed POST test, will now boot to
Windows".

I think this has happened on a cold boot, as well as from hibernation.

I appreciate any help, thanks.

Don't worry about it. It seems to be a common bug on these boards. Mine
does it every few reboots. (Computer runs 24/7 whether I get the message or
not. No difference.)
