System Explorer Functions Missing after MSAS Updates

Hi, I've updated MSAS (today) on 2 computers and found that the
System Explorer functions (control startup programs etc.) in the Advanced
Tools went missing.
Is anyone out there facing the same problems?

Here's a simpler fix than the one Engel has pointed to:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
