"System exception - access violation" don't understand Jim's sugge

I looked at another message on this subject and went to check your
instructions under 'FrontPage Publish Command Fails' as a possible generic
fix. But I don't understand what it means to open a remote web site and open
the local web site. I just created a new page and I am trying to save & close
FP or publish it, and I keep getting the access violation message. It's not
locked exactly, just won't let me close the program or publish the page.
